The project, dubbed Archer Towers II, is a proposed 22-story, 327,171 SF mixed use development consisting of 434 units, resident amenities, community facility space and parking spaces. Located at the corner of Archer and Sutphin, to create a Northeastern anchor along the Archer Avenue corridor, and $290M Archer Towers Phase 1 development. The project is located directly adjacent to York College and the Parsons transit center and within walking distance to Jamaica Terminal.
Construction will begin in 2025.
