JAMAICA, NY
The project’s two towers over a common podium features a complex and unique multi-material façade, balconies overlooking a landscaped courtyard with an array of park and recreation spaces, VRF’s heating/cooling and high-end finishes. The project is enrolled in the NYSDEC Brownfield Clean-up Program and consists of two levels (300 spaces) of below grade parking. The project will feature not only housing but retail, parking, and an arts-based community facility.
Completion is scheduled for 2025.
