This project is comprised of eight buildings totaling nearly 1,300,000 square feet arranged around a new 1-acre park and extended street grid. The project includes 1,246 units of housing, including 1,005 rental units, 115 co-living beds and 126 for-sale units comprised of condominiums, townhomes and 2-over-2s. The project also includes a 150-key Marriott Residence Inn, 60,000 SF of retail including a grocery and other neighborhood retail, and 380 garage parking spaces.
